777sd Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 777sd platform, accessible at 777sd.onl and through the 777sd mobile app. By registering an account, depositing funds or using any product on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read together with the 777sd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with 777sd. Individual promotions and bonuses may have additional terms which supplement but do not replace these Terms.

If you access 777sd on behalf of any organisation or group, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms and the word "you" will include that entity throughout.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

To use the 777sd platform you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777sd operates as an adults-only platform. Underage gambling is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of another person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 777sd or any related gaming platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of 777sd or its service providers, where those individuals may have access to information that could create an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.

777sd reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player is found to be underage or to have provided false age information, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and the original deposit amounts will be returned at 777sd's discretion after investigation.

Age verification documents accepted by 777sd include national identity cards, driving licences and valid passports. These documents must show your full name, date of birth and a clear photograph.

03 Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account only at 777sd. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity information, the same device, the same IP address or related payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share these with anyone. 777sd staff will never ask for your full password. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, notify 777sd immediately and change your password. 777sd is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or failing to keep them secure.

Your 777sd account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or gift your account to any other person.

04 Deposits

All deposits at 777sd are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank Transfer (domestic Pakistani banks)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Using payment methods belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension. 777sd does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of players.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. 777sd does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank directly.

Deposited funds are available for use on the platform once the transaction is confirmed. Most mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) reflect in your account balance within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 777sd are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. This typically requires submission of a valid ID document.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a different person's account or wallet.
• You must withdraw to the same method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• Active bonus funds are not withdrawable — only real-money balance that has met any applicable wagering requirements can be withdrawn.

Processing times for withdrawals depend on the method chosen. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. 777sd aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, but reserves the right to take additional time if verification or security checks are required.

777sd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there is any concern about account security, identity or unusual activity. This is for the protection of all players and is not a punitive measure.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

777sd offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, free spins and seasonal promotions for events like PSL and T20 tournaments. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms published with the individual promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply at 777sd:

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement — the amount you need to wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. This requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively applied.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Casino table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage. Slot games generally contribute 100% unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• 777sd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once claimed, the terms in place at the time of claiming apply.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or using wagering patterns designed to circumvent bonus requirements — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, voiding of associated winnings and possible account suspension.

07 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at 777sd are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. If odds change between you selecting a market and confirming your bet — particularly during live in-play betting — 777sd may accept the bet at the new odds, reject it or hold it pending your confirmation, depending on your account settings.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player unless a Cash Out option is available and activated on that specific market.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned or voided will be settled according to the relevant sport rules. In most cases, voided bets are returned to your account balance as a stake refund.
• Cricket bets — including PSL, T20 internationals and other formats — follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. A match must reach a defined minimum number of overs for most markets to be settled, unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection.
• 777sd reserves the right to limit stake amounts on individual markets or for individual accounts, particularly where there is evidence of arbitrage betting or professional betting patterns.
• Bets placed after an event result has been determined — due to technical errors, data feed delays or any other reason — will be void and stakes returned.

For live in-play betting specifically: odds during live matches fluctuate rapidly. 777sd is not liable for odds that change between the moment you click a market and the moment your bet is accepted. The confirmed odds shown on your bet receipt are the final and binding odds for that bet.

08 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available at 777sd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each slot game in the game information panel. These figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

• The outcome of every spin, hand or round is independently determined and is not influenced by previous results. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes in any RNG game.
• Live Casino games are operated by third-party studio providers. The rules of each Live Casino table are displayed within the game interface before you place any bet. By placing a Live Casino bet you confirm you have read and understood those table rules.
• If a technical malfunction occurs during a casino game — including disconnection, game freeze or software error — 777sd will investigate the incident and resolve it in accordance with the game provider's policies. No payout will be made on a bet that was placed during or resulted from a technical malfunction.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game, table or player account.
• 777sd does not provide advice on betting strategies, game selection or casino system play. All gaming decisions are made independently by the player.

09 Player Conduct

Players are expected to use the 777sd platform fairly and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to access, interact with or manipulate the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. If you identify a technical error that affects game outcomes or payments, you must report it immediately and not exploit it.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Live Casino or poker environments.
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language in any Live Casino chat facility.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfere with their use of the platform.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information not publicly available, particularly in cricket where match-fixing remains a serious concern.

777sd cooperates fully with law enforcement and sporting integrity authorities when there is evidence of match manipulation, money laundering or other illegal activity connected to platform use.

10 Fraud and Prohibited Activity

777sd takes fraud prevention seriously. Any of the following activities constitute fraud or prohibited activity and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit.
• Initiating false chargebacks or payment disputes after withdrawals have been processed.
• Money laundering — using the 777sd platform as a mechanism to conceal the origin of funds from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of the verification process.

777sd applies standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures to all accounts. Large deposits or withdrawals, unusual betting patterns or transactions that do not match a player's profile may trigger a review. During any review, access to the relevant account may be restricted pending investigation. This is a protective measure and does not imply guilt.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

Player-initiated closure: You may close your 777sd account at any time by contacting support. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled and any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being met.

777sd-initiated suspension or closure: 777sd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where:

• There is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited activity as described in these Terms.
• A player is found to be underage.
• An account is subject to a self-exclusion request from the player themselves.
• There are serious concerns about a player's responsible gaming situation that cannot be resolved through standard tool use.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 777sd's discretion following investigation.

12 Responsible Gaming

777sd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is intended as entertainment for adults who can manage their gaming activity within their personal budget and time constraints.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777sd account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits to control how much you add to your account.
• Session reminders: Set time reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been active in a session.

13 Limitation of Liability

777sd provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly, 777sd does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance periods or technical failures outside 777sd's direct control.
• Network or connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data disruptions.
• Delays in live data feeds that affect in-play betting markets.
• Changes in odds between selection and confirmation, particularly during live in-play events.
• Actions taken by a player's payment provider, including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banks, that delay or block deposits or withdrawals.

In all cases, 777sd's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident. 777sd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from platform use.

14 Changes to These Terms

777sd reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the Last Updated date shown at the top of this page will be revised.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, 777sd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details on their account — such as an email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates.

Your continued use of the 777sd platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
